Notes
Had some technical issues with the bike, rear wheel was rubbing against the brakes...that accounts for the sudden jump in distance after I fixed it. Otherwise a good day of workouts. Becca did the rowing wod, got just over 1000m each row. Lucy is getting more comfortable with standing on her own.
