Workout:
"Death by Pull-ups"
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.
Results:
13 rounds + 8 Pull-ups
Note:
I did this workout on a thick grip pull-up bar with a regular kipping pull-up. Next time I'm getting through round 14.
