1. 3 x 1 mile intervals
2. 7x3 Hang Power Clean
Results:
1. 7:30 / 7:15 / 7:00
2. 135 / 185 / 225 / 245 / 265 / 275(f) / 265
Notes:
The mile intervals were just to get a run in before the tough mudder and try a new pair of shoes. Ankle still isn't 100%, so I didn't push it hard. Cleans were fun, as always.
