Workout:
"The Deck"
For time w/ a 20lbs backpack:
-go through an entire deck of cards (ace=1, Jack=11...)
-Spades = Burpees
-Clubs = Squats
-Hearts = 4 count mountain climbers
-Diamonds = Pullups
-Jokers = Run a lap with the 75lbs bag of rocks
Results:
